- Personal service entities – realization, project management and profitability issues
- Employees of publicly traded companies that possess stock options of the non qualified and/or incentive stock variety
- Cash flow projects for individuals and businesses
- Entity selection
- Education funding
- Investment and/or business asset acquisition and financing
- Charitable gifting mechanisms
- Negotiation of terms and conditions for commercial (real estate or operating entity) debt financing
- Representation and negotiation before taxing authorities during examinations
- Income tax liability minimization opportunities

Ken holds a CPA permit to practice in Delaware. He is a member of the American Institute and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of capacities on not for profit boards of directors.
He was conferred a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wilmington College. He and his family reside near Wilmington.
